Product replacement
If you ordered the product through our online store, and it doesn't fit you, you don't like it or you missed the size , you can exchange it within 14 days from the day of receiving the shipment.
How to initiate a swap
Write to us at luxoria.moissanite@gmail.com and mention:

Initial order number or invoice number

The code or name of the product you want to exchange

The code or name of the new product you want to order
If you would like to ship to a different address than the original order, please add:

Recipient's name and surname

Address (street and number, postal code, place)

Return shipping address
Upon receipt of your e-mail, we will send you a confirmation and instructions to send the product you are changing to our address.
Conditions for accepting a replacement
The product must be returned intact, unused , in the original, undamaged packaging , with the receipt .
Further course
Once the return arrives at our address, we create a new order with the replacement product.

If a replacement item is available , the delivery time is 6 working days from the arrival of your return.

If the desired replacement item is not available , we will issue a refund within 14 days .
Refund method (if out of stock or choose return)

If the initial payment was cash on delivery , we return the money to the dinar current account that you provide.

If the payment was made by payment card, we return the money to the dinar current account that you provide.
Price difference for replacement

If the price of the replacement product is lower than the price of the original product, we will return the difference to the account (according to the above procedure).

If the price of the replacement product is higher , you pay the difference exclusively in cash upon collection .
Shipping costs
The cost of sending a return, as well as the delivery of a replacement product , is borne by the buyer.
