Right of withdrawal and return of goods
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014, 6/2016 and 44/2018), purchasing through our website constitutes distance selling .
The consumer (a natural person who buys for personal, not professional needs) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the day the product was delivered to him. The reason for withdrawal is not mandatory .
The cancellation declaration form is submitted to e-mail: luxoria.moissanite"gmail.com.
In case of withdrawal, the consumer has the right to refund the amount paid . The trader is obliged to return the funds when he receives/takes over the returned goods .
The consumer is obliged to return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of sending the cancellation form.
Before sending the goods, please contact us at luxoria.moissanite@gmail.com for instructions on the address to which the goods are sent.
After the expiration of 14 days from sending the cancellation, refund is no longer possible .
When returning, it is mandatory that the goods be correct, unused , in the original, undamaged packaging , with the original invoice and a completed cancellation form (you can download it here ).
Upon receipt of the goods, we check whether the product is correct and undamaged. The consumer is responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, properties and functionality of the product. If damage or malfunction caused by the consumer's fault is determined, the price refund is refused , and the product is returned to the consumer at his expense .
The merchant is obliged to refund the amount paid to the consumer without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day of receipt of the declaration of withdrawal , after receiving the returned product .
The costs of returning goods and refunds are borne by the consumer, except when a faulty or incorrect item has been delivered.
Luxoria Moissanite accepts returns only for goods that are completely new , in original condition and packaging , with accompanying invoices. In this case, the amount will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Refund procedure
Contact us at [luxoria.moissanite@gmail.com] and state: account number and your dinar current account number .
Upon receipt of the data, we create supporting documentation and instructions and deliver them to the e-mail you left when ordering.
Refunds are made exclusively by payment to a dinar current account; cash via courier is not possible .
Important: Without prior agreement with our online operators, it is not possible to change or send goods to the addresses specified on the invoice. Any such package will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense .
