After we receive the necessary information, the appropriate documentation will be prepared, along with a detailed refund procedure, and sent to the email address you provided when creating the order.
Refunds are made exclusively by payment to the buyer's dinar current account . It is not possible to make a cash refund via courier or any other means.
If the payment was made with a payment card (VISA, EC/MC or Maestro), the refund, regardless of the reason, can only be made through the same payment system . Based on the seller's request, the bank will make a refund to the account of the card used to make the payment.
The customer cannot return goods on his own initiative or request an exchange/refund without prior agreement with our team via the above email address.
Packages sent without prior notice and agreement will be returned to the sender at his expense .
